This hotel is best in the area. Very new and clean with a really nice pool with side waterfall. The restaurant is top notch with great selection. The goat steak is exceptional. The bar across from the entrance is also nice with good food selection for lighter meals. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!
The hotel is great the restaurant is very good and the front desk along with servers on the restaurant friendly and willing to help. Only when in your room is probably a good idea to lock up suit case. We had told the maid in Spanish we did not need the room cleaned since we were checking out in a couple of hours. We went to breakfast and came back and the maid was cleaning the bathroom and maid the bed with the suitcases moved. Also wife was missing a blouse she had laid out to wear that day and it was gone when we came back. The hotel itself is very good and I recommend it, only lock up suitcases and privacy sign on your door.
I go there for their sports bar after work. Staff is friendly and speak some English. Food is only okay. It is not bad but not great either. I would recommend their fries though. Drinks usually come strong but liquor is expensive there. Beer prices are not bad though and they have a lot of what you could describe as craft beers which is rare for this area.
We checked super early after flight was delayed all night. They were more than accommodating and friendly. Honestly we didn’t have time to enjoy anything besides the room which was amazing with beautiful view.
Location isn't exactly idea being on the edge of a dual carriageway so entering and exiting is always a little bit edgy. The hotel itself is immaculate and staff extremely professional. Be prepared for some unconventional breakfast items, but that's culture for you, so an open mind is definitely needed!
First time at this hotel... And yeah, overall it is pretty good. Restaurant is cool, the room is comfortable and the best thing probably is the mini bar... It does have few items but they are included within your reservation. A good option if you are visiting Silao.
It's close to the airport and definitely worth the 5 stars.. The staff is fantastic. The rooms are beautiful. Make sure you go for the extra top floor buffet it buffet it's totally worth it. All you can eat. Hector is the best And will take care of any of your needs while you're dining. Fantastic view from the top and a great place to just relax while you eat and enjoy whatever the reason is for your trip. I will definitely be going back!
Nice and clean. The beds are comfortable and the sheets and pillows are nice. Great breakfast buffet, if they don't have it they will make it for you. There is a restaurant downstairs and a sports bar right across the entryway also.
